About the E2 Back Support
The Matrx® E2 Back Support Series from Motion Concepts has taken back support to a new level! These back supports are comfortable and versatile. You can quickly and easily mount the E2 on any Broda rehab wheelchair with easy-to-use hardware. Need a custom fit? No problem! The E2 back support can be angled and rotated to create endless adjustments to fit each unique user.
The Easy Set hardware allows precise and easy adjustment. The Mini Set hardware offers similar adjustability while taking up less vertical space. If a wheelchair is used temporarily by multiple patients, the quick release feature makes it easy to swap out components. Additionally, special, fixed hardware is available.
Compatible with a variety of accessories, such as head supports, lateral supports, chest straps, and more.
Available to ship on-chair with Encore Rehab Wheelchair or Comfort Rehab Wheelchair.

Features:
Shell – Available in standard (3″) OR deep (6″) contours. Pre-drilled holes for abdominal support at the desired position. Additional holes for head support and chest harnesses on backs 14″ and higher.
Foam – Ripple Foam technology has air pockets, which allow air to flow behind the user. As a result, the foam has a cooling effect and provides soft, immersive support for the spine while reducing shear.
Cover – The Meshtex moisture resistant cover overlaps the shell to provide comfort and protection.
Hardware – The standard EasySet hardware is built for easy adjustment of height, depth, angle, and rotation for optimal positioning. In addition, the user can remain comfortably seated during adjustment. Quick release and fixed hardware options available.
