Official Contest Rules and Regulations
Broda LP and Broda Enterprises USA LLC are co-hosts of the ‘Broda ‘Built to Last’ Awards Competition”. “Broda” represents the co-hosts for the rest of the document.
Eligibility Requirements
No purchase is necessary. Any purchase does not enhance the chance of winning. The contest is void where prohibited. Contest submission must include a Broda manufactured product in order to be eligible for awards. Each Broda chair submission must be in working order and visibly in good condition as deemed acceptable by Broda, i.e., all product mechanisms and seating must be functioning properly (nothing broken, missing, ripped, torn, etc.).
Eligible submissions will have the following items in working order:
- Cylinders (Tilt & Recline Functionality)
- Padding & Cushions
- Wheels & Breaks
- Lower Leg Supports
- Arm Supports
- Head Supports / Upper Lateral Shoulder Supports
Submission in the “Broda ‘Built to Last’ Award” prize category must include a verifiable current picture of a unique Broda product serial number.
Submission “Broda ‘Built to Last’ Award” prize category must include a verifiable current profile picture of the Broda chair or wheelchair. Broda reserves the right to define whether the submission is in “good working order” based on the photos submitted.
Entry into the contest is restricted to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Entry into the “Broda ‘Built to Last’ Award” prize category contest is restricted to healthcare providers, i.e. hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, rehab facilities, hospice and palliative care, home care, and other healthcare environments. This includes Broda distributors and durable medical equipment providers and those directly affiliated with a healthcare organization. Broda reserves the right to deny eligibility for any reason.
Entry into the “Broda ‘Built to Last’ Award” prize category contest is open to all but Broda reserves the right to deny eligibility for any reason.
Contest submission will be excepted from 12:00AM PST 11/10/2022 to 12:00AM PST 12/25/2022. Winners will be chosen by 1/5/2022 and notified by 1/10/2020. Award product will ship by 2/28/2023 at the latest, depending on factory lead times and when the winner completes their order form.
Entry into the contest can be on the www.brodaseating.com/built-to-last website via a submission form fill. Alternatively a completed entry submission can be emailed [email protected] or send a written entry to the attention of “Broda Marketing” to either address:

Product Award Rules
The contest winner(s) will have the option to select one Broda chair or wheelchair product and configured accessories valued at or under $4,999 USD MSRP to replace the product the entrant featured in the contest submission. All accessories and product additions must fit only on the one product of choice.
One (1) winner will be selected from the US and one (1) winner will be selected from Canada for the “Broda ‘Built to Last’ Award” prize category. The age of the product will be determined based on the manufacturing date that is associated with the submitted product’s serial number. Broda will verify and select the winner(s) based on the oldest manufacturing dates and working status of the entrant’s product submission.
Broda will obtain written consent from entrant for publicity rights regarding use of entrant’s and winner’s information. As outlined in the Broda Privacy Policy personal information is secured and not shared once provided to Broda without each individual’s permission. People may opt into receiving marketing communications from Broda by submitting this information.
